Area of Responsibility:
Provides technical support for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user issues and ensuring system functionality.

Perform regular updates and maintenance to keep the system running smoothly.

Identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems, including performing root cause analysis

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides

Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Business Central

Manage and support integrations with other systems and third-party applications

Coordinate and collaborate with customer users, IT and internal support

Propose and implement system improvements to enhance performance and user experience.

Job Requirements:
Background

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Has 3-5 years demonstrated experience with MS Dynamics365 Business Central

Strong understanding of business and financial processes

Experience in Dynamics 365 CE ticketing system tool

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
