- Serve as the first point of contact for application support inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to user-reported issues via helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Document and track all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist users with application functionalities and provide training as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams (L2/L3) as necessary.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate user feedback and issues.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for future reference.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for application updates.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
