Job requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in loan processing, mortgage, or financial services.
Skills: Strong understanding of loan application processes and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with loan refixing processes is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain loan terms and processes clearly to clients.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in document preparation and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect, review, and verify loan applications and supporting documentation from clients.
Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and lender requirements.
Communicate with borrowers to clarify discrepancies, request additional information, and provide updates on the status of their application.
Manage the loan refixing process, including interest rate adjustments and term renewals.
Liaise with lenders and clients to ensure smooth loan refixing procedures.
Monitor and notify clients of upcoming refix opportunities and interest rate changes, providing guidance on options.
Prepare loan application packages and submit them to lenders for approval.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within specified timelines.
Track the status of each loan application and follow up with lenders as needed to ensure timely processing.
Perform administrative duties related to loan processing, including filing, data entry, and updating client records.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed to support the loan processing team.
