Position: .Net Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic .Net Developer to lead and oversee a variety of technology projects from inception to completion.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must Have Skills:
  • Strong experience in .NET (C#) or Microsoft Visual C++, with focus on object-oriented design.
  • Familiar with UML and OOA/OOD tools (e.g., Rational Rose, Rhapsody).
  • Experience in developing user interfaces with WPF and Windows Forms.
  • Proficient in SQL database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Familiar with web protocols (SOAP, HTTP, TCP/IP) and scripting languages (e.g., Iron Python).
  • Excellent debugging, design, and testing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Comfortable with minimal supervision and adapting to change.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and related processes.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project assignments.
    
• Good to Have Skills:
  • Experience developing applications for embedded systems (e.g., QNX, Vx Works, u CLinux).
  • Skills in multi-threaded software development and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience working with embedded applications and full software lifecycle.
  • Excellent C++/C development skills and a proven record of delivering quality software.
  • Agile development experience is highly preferred.
