Job Summary
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be part of FT Drafting Corporation. The Quantity Surveyor will work together with the Estimating team in quantifying materials based on drawings and other related responsibilities that will lead to the team's success in pursuing the company's goals of excellent service to its clients.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead Quantity Surveying, ensuring efficient and accurate quantity take-offs.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform other tasks set by the Direct Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Degree in BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
• With 1-3 years of experience working in Facade industry.
• Able to read & navigate construction drawings/understanding of Facades & componentry e.g fixings, anchors, extrusions, trims.
• Understand project specifications e.g colours & finishes.
• Experience in using take-off software such as Cubit and Bluebeam
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially Excel)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented, deadline-driven mindset, and goal-directed.
• Ability to handle all types of projects.
• Willingness to contribute above daily tasks to help the company in meeting tight deadlines.

 
Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

 
Work Setup (Onsite)

• You will be working onsite.
• Your equipment will be provided by the company.
• Alabang City, Muntinlupa
