We are looking for a receptionist/cashier to be responsible for greeting guests to our facility. You will be in charge of manning the front desk and providing fitness and sports information to clients as well as answering their concerns.
Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the facility.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing and checking ID's as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, taking notes, and issuing reminders.
• Answering phones and replying to online queries in a professional manner, and passing on calls as necessary.
• Scheduling appointments.

Receptionist Requirements:

• High school level or associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is helpful.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in MS applications including Word and Excel.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13,750.00 - Php16,500.00 per month
