A Safety Officer 3 plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment on construction sites. Their primary responsibility is to oversee safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and implement measures to prevent accidents, injuries, or violations. Safety Officer 3 is a senior-level safety professional and may have supervisory responsibilities over other safety officers on-site.

Develop and implement safety policies and programs in accordance with local and national safety standards (such as the OSH standards in the Philippines).
Perform job hazard analysis (JHA) and ensure safety measures are in place before construction activities begin.
Relevant safety certifications, such as BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) and COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training.
Experience in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring on construction sites.
