In this capacity, you will be instrumental in supporting the global safety training programs. You will be a key member of our Enterprise Safety Team, also working alongside members of the Enterprise Sustainability group. This places you in a crucial role, contributing to Emerson's steadfast commitment to the highest safety standards. As the subject matter expert for safety trainings on the new Global Learning Center platform, you will support our various sites and business units around the world.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Manage user access for BU and site-level EHS leads, enabling them to assign and deploy training to their employees effectively.
Address and resolve technical issues while providing comprehensive support to end-users worldwide, ensuring system access and efficient training deployment.
Monitor training completion rates and create comprehensive training KPI dashboards.
Coordinate with local site EHS leaders to ensure compliance with safety training requirements across all sites and business units.
Develop comprehensive summary documentation and detailed reports on Global Learning Center safety training programs and present these to Enterprise Safety leadership.

You are highly detail-oriented and possess a strong drive for results, consistently demonstrating passion and enthusiasm to achieve goals. You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You are a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You can effectively communicate ideas and influence both end-users. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and effectively work with people across multiple levels and world areas. You are interested in growing your career within an organization touching multiple business functions and offering opportunities for upward mobility.
For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any STEM or communications field
At least 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or related functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Power Point.
Experience in data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) are preferred
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Availability to work on a mid-shift schedule to accommodate US working hours.
