Responsibilities:

1、Manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
2、Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, transportation, and customer service, to coordinate seamless end-to-end logistics operations.
4、Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in hub operations.
5、Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and Alibaba International's policies, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

1、Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in last-mile logistics operations, preferably in a hub environment.
3、Solid understanding of transportation management, route optimization, and inventory control strategies.
4、Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and resolve operational issues.
5、Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
