1. Knowledge of System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and needs.
2. Knowledge in IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resources as well as changes on the IT resource.
3. Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance. Pro-active maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure of IT resources.
4. Corrective Maintenance. Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operation.
5. Knowledge of installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system, and application.
6. Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network, printer, and server.
7. Communicates with staff through a series of actions to set up the system or resolve the issue.
8. Knowledge in troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
9. Support the roll out of new applications.
10. Manage PC set up and deployment to new employee.
Major Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
· Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and other computer-related/equivalent courses
· At least three (3) years of experience in the Information Technology industry or equivalent exposure.
· More than average knowledge and skills in server system design, maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting.
· More than average knowledge in Microsoft Servers System (Linux System is a plus).
· Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
· Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability.
· Possess analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
· Time management, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
