Drive day-to-day operations and growth strategy for ATC-Philippines (CIO, Asset and Automation, Delivery Performance and SES.

• Inclusive of Fiscal planning, Headcount, Chargeability, Recovery, Demand Supply Management, Infrastructure & Real Estate, Global Careers Program, Learning.
• Interaction point with HR, Finance, and other Corporate Functions groups.
• Work with the business leads to plan and operationalize strategy and growth agenda.
• Collaborate with key operations Marketing, HR, Learning, Finance and other CF groups to ensure alignment with key business planning parameters, processes and operational priorities.
• Identify and investigate operations issues and help develop/drive solutions.
• Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed.
• Key enabler in ensuring that business leads have what they need to make business decisions (e.g. The details behind forecasts and what is causing slippages, where they need to drill into and where they can potentially target interventions).
• Drive specific priority programs and initiatives as required.
• Create communications on business results/impacts, programs, and strategy to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes .

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ Years of experience people and program management
• Project (end to end process) and organization management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives

Internal:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience people and program management

• Strong Understanding of organization business processes and policies
