We are looking for a creative and driven Tik Tok Content Manager to lead our Tik Tok marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content, managing our Tik Tok account, and increasing brand visibility and engagement on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Tik Tok ecosystem, trends, and best practices, and can creatively bring our brand’s vision to life.
This is a full-onsite work setup based in our head office in Makati City.
Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit engaging and creative Tik Tok videos that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
• Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest Tik Tok trends, challenges, and platform updates, and incorporate them into our content strategy.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute Tik Tok marketing campaigns, including collaborations with influencers, brand partnerships, and paid ads.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with the Tik Tok community by responding to comments, and interacting with followers to foster a strong online presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of Tik Tok content and campaigns using platform analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure alignment on branding and content across platforms.
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with relevant Tik Tok influencers to amplify reach and engagement.
• Content Calendar: Manage a content calendar for Tik Tok and ensure timely production and posting of videos

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a Tik Tok account (personal or brand) with measurable success in growing engagement and followers.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills; experience with Tik Tok’s editing tools and features.
• Creative thinker with the ability to quickly adapt to new trends and changes in the Tik Tok landscape.
• Excellent understanding of Tik Tok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and content formats.
• Knowledge of social media KPIs and familiarity with Tik Tok analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for social media, trends, and pop culture.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
