1) As a Unit Manager with AIA Philippines, you will be part of a special financing program. The program will grant you a special fund that is computed against your cumulative income in the last 2 years. This fund is target-based in nature and is on top of the following:

• Up to 40% Overrides from the sales of your team
• Up to 60% Sales Commissions from your personal selling
• Team Production Incentives
• Recruitment Incentives
• Target Achievement Bonus
• Own Production Bonuses
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Other Cash Incentives & Bonuses
• Travel Incentives
• Gadget Incentives

2) Must be currently in a leadership or managerial position. All industries welcome but Life Insurance and Bancassurance is a plus.
Clear performance achievements and milestones is a plus.
3) Must have a pool of potential recruits to onboard.
4) Flexible working hours. Digital-ready for remote management, recruitment, trainings, etc.
5) Special fund to set-up office in your location may be granted by AIA if no Philam Life office is in the area.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
