CIS Administrator with Dutch

Opis stanowiska:
-
Resolving customer queries sent via email regarding billing, invoices, credit notes;
-
Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions;
-
General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling data base).
We expect from applicants:
-
Very good Dutch (especially in writing);
-
Very good English;
-
Strong communications skills;
-
Ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple tasks;
-
Soft skills (problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making);
-
At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
