Role Overview:
As a Delivery Manager at Knowit, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and ensuring project success. You will manage relationships with existing clients and be responsible for scaling operations for two key customers, working closely with our project teams to deliver high-quality services. You’ll also support new projects, ensuring smooth operations, from team setup to client communication and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Upsell & Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with key clients, with the goal of expanding operations.
- Build and nurture relationships with client managers, identify opportunities for collaboration, and present tailored service solutions.
- Occasional travel (approximately once or twice per quater) to client sites to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.
2. New Client Onboarding & Project Management:

Lead the start-up of a significant project this year, starting with 5 team members, expanding to 8 next year.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Work alongside with other DM on recruitment efforts to scale the team and deliver on project milestones.
3. Team Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Occasionally assist with team management in the absence of colleagues, ensuring operational continuity.
- Support the preparation and execution of tenders for large projects with long-term clients, collaborating with Sales Directors on the procurement processes.
- Contribute to expanding operations in Germany and Denmark as we anticipate new projects from these regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, project management, or delivery management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate across different geographies.
- Experience with tenders and large-scale projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
