We are currently looking for a high-performing person for the position of Digital Forms Developer/Documentation Engineer. The role will be based in Kongsberg Maritime - Product Support Services, Gdynia.


Documentation Engineer
Location: Gdynia, Product Support Services


Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile check lists for service engineers used in maintenance inspections and service jobs.
• Develop and maintain mobile check lists for internal and external customers.
• Administrate and support internal and external users of mobile forms.
• Provide training to internal and external users of our mobile forms.
• Work together with the organization to find other areas where digital forms could drive efficiency and enable digital transformation for our business.
• Together with the rest of the team ensure that the information captured in these assessments is converted to customer value and business opportunities.

Key qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering (mechanical engineering or similar).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Very good command of written and spoken English (min. B2).
• Innovative, result oriented, high work culture.
• Basic programming skills are an advantage.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD systems is an advantage.
• Experience with Teamcenter or other PLM system is an advantage.
• Knowledge of marine products is an advantage.
