Finance and Accounting Specialist | ERP - Poland

As a Finance and Accounting Specialist (ERP systems knowledge), you will be part of the Finance Department, with daily operations based in Poland. You will be involved in taking over assignments from finance employees in Denmark. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Accounting, located in Warsaw. You will be responsible for accounting matters in all Group countries: Cepheo Sweden, Cepheo Norway, and Cepheo Poland.
You will be working in a flexible, hybrid-remote setup and will have the autonomy to decide where you work. However, this role will require occasional work in our office located in the center of Warsaw.
Your responsibilities
- Issuing sales invoices related to IT system licenses
- Accounting for purchases of IT system licenses
- Monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts
- Maintaining settlements with license providers, including Microsoft
- Protecting the company against unintentional overpayment
- Other accounting-related tasks
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance / accounting, or Microsoft licensing
- Strong ERP system skills (e.g., independently searching for solutions in system documentation, UAT testing, etc.)
- Preferably prior experience working within multinational or SSC organizations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- University degree, preferably in accounting or economics
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is an advantage
- Danish, Swedish, and/or Norwegian language skills are an advantage
