WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in various areas of Supply Chain
- Previous experience as a people manager, recognized capability to drive performance of an organization, coach, develop and mentor teams and individuals
- Previous experience of leading a 3rd party service provider
- Ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, evaluate impacts of decisions on the company's metrics
- Ability to influence up and down the organization to drive changes
- Capability to drive results in a fast-paced & metrical work environment
- Ability to comprehend system landscape, data flow and system functionalities to drive system usage and automation

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Develop & deploy fulfilment strategies for selected cluster of markets
- Identify, monitor, detect and mitigate risk to supply continuity
- Develop and expand trust relationships with key stakeholders (Regional / Market Customer Service Heads)
- Lead and handle the performance of the Business Service Provider's (BSP)
- Lead the performance of the key regional 3rd party service providers
- Drive Fulfilment process excellence, digitalization, automation and scalability, leveraging on new solutions
- Be responsible for the budget for Cost to Serve to market first arrival warehouses of respective region and drive the optimization across all categories and channels for respective region / cluster of markets
- Build sustainable high performing organization by leading, motivating and developing the team to ensure that the global category objectives are continuously met and exceeded
- Ensure that all accountabilities & the activities above are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards and laws & regulations
