We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Software Developer as Principal Engineer (m/f/d) to whom we would like to offer the following package:

Team structure. There are 2 of you. No colleagues are to be managed. The team should grow by a maximum of two people in the future.
Place of work. Remote. Travel only for company get-togethers.
Equipment. You get what you need.
Company Size. Approx. 12 employees by the end of the year.
Scale-up Company. Ingmar is a serial founder. Pragmatic and fast.
Politics. None. Decisions within 24 hours. But we prefer to think and decide for ourselves.

Your qualifications

Hands-on. You are solution-oriented and love creating opportunities to automate processes.
Previous roles. Team lead, Technical Lead, CTO, Principal Engineering Manager.
Experience. Min. 6 years. Experience in the technologies we use + standard practices (DDD, Microservices).
Language skills. You can communicate in English (C1). Knowledge of German would be a big plus.
Communication. It's easy for you to explain technical concepts in front of non IT team.
Technical vision. Strategic thinking, combined with the ability to develop and implement conceptual solutions.
Education. You have successfully completed a degree in computer science/training or a similar education.

Your tasks

10 % Requirements management. Specify new services and solutions with Ingmar and Walter.
20 % Maintenance of existing systems. Keep the systems and services in operation, up and running.
70 % Development of new systems & applications. Software development with Python, React + Type Script, My SQL, Elasticsearch, AWS, Git Lab.
