• 7+ years of experience in HR , multicultural, diverse environment will be a bonus
• proficiency in labor law is a requirment
• working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, mobility
• ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies
• very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
• excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• strong problem solving and analytical skills

• acting as support, providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
• maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• providing performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
• analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
• working closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA and HRBP)
