What you can expect:
- Administrative activities and operational support for all employee groups throughout the entire employee life cycle, including preparation of all contracts, documents, letters, forms, certificates and testimonial
- Contact person for employees and supervisors as well as for internal and external customers regarding all administrative and operational issues of HR Operations
- Active cooperation and interface support with HR Manager, Teamlead HR Operations, Centers of Excellence within Central Hub as well as exchange and communication with external authorities and the payroll provider
- Taking over various payroll preparation activities (e.g. overseeing benefits, invoice handling, check of payroll-file, preparing bank transfers) and maintenance of SAP
- Support with various C&B topics (SHIP monitoring, compensation analysis, etc.)
- Coordinate and follow up on deadlines, timelines. Preparation of monthly/annual/ad-hoc evaluations, statistics and reports as well as conditional system maintenance in defined system areas
- "Active collaboration on HR Central Hub projects, create and update HR-regulations and policies
Your profile:
- 2-3 years of experience as HR Assistant (payroll experience) or as entry level after HR studies or after internship in HR
- Strong analytical and empathic skills, communicative
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge an advantage
- Fluent language skills in English
