The Role
At Global Wind Service Poland, we are currently looking to appoint a HR Specialist.
You will be working closely with the local employees, managers and subcontractors, on a daily basis.
Become a part of our GWS PL Team
With a direct reference to our Country Manager you will become part of a professional team managing various HR topics and providing support to our managers, employees and subcontractors as a guideline in our organization.
The role will ideally be based at our office in Szczecin.

The Role
At Global Wind Service Poland, we are currently looking to appoint a HR Specialist.
You will be working closely with the local employees, managers and subcontractors, on a daily basis.

With a direct reference to our Country Manager you will become part of a professional team managing various HR topics and providing support to our managers, employees and subcontractors as a guideline in our organization.
The role will ideally be based at our office in Szczecin.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration - working with both: documents (contracts of employment, B2B contracts, employment statements etc.) and HR systems.
- Point of contact to our employees in HR matters.
- HR Guidance for Line Managers.
- Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Cooperation with external payroll company and OSH providers.
- Maintaining and managing HR documentation and employee files.
- Process new hires, onboarding and offboarding.
- Assisting with benefits of employees.
- Participation in daily and ad-hoc tasks of HR department.
- Co-creating organizational culture.
Our requirements
Ideally, you will have:
- HR experience, including local legislation and employment regulations.
- Natural ability to maintain positive relations with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
- Very good understanding of IT systems.
- Proactive, flexible, focused and highly motivated.
- Very good command of English.
- Driving license cat. B.
