Tasks & responsibilities
- As an HR Direct Intern you will participate in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops
- You will be responsible to create letters for employees in the UK and Ireland (reference, mortgage, progression zone and salary change letters)
- You will be responding in English to basic queries from employees in the UK and Ireland on the phone and in writing; e.g. resetting password to the Payroll system, basic queries on benefits, uploading documents to electronic personnel dossier, changing personal data in HR system, performing monthly controls for new joiners
- You will support HR Direct team in daily tasks, by learning how to use different tools and systems
- You collaborate with various internal stakeholders
About our future Intern
You have excellent speaking and writing English language skills (min. C1) and ideally have already first working experience.Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education or soon-to-be graduated preferably in HR field or related areas
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Great attention to details, strong communication skills, distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture
