We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Assistant to provide support in our financial operations. This role is ideal for students or those seeking part-time work, offering flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules. As a key part of our team, you'll assist with processing invoices, managing business trip expense calculations, and supporting other basic financial tasks. This is a part-time position based in Krakow, Poland.
This is a fully in-office position.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, organizing, and processing invoice payments
• Support in tracking and calculating business trip expenses for employees
• Help maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets
• Assist in following up with vendors and clients regarding payment status
• Provide support for internal financial reporting by preparing basic data and summaries
• Help coordinate documents with our external accountancy service
• Support the finance team in everyday administrative tasks and financial organization

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Economics (or related fields)
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Experience is not required but considered a plus
• Valid residence permit in Poland
