We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketer to help develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Pay: 3,000.00zł - 6,000.00zł per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketer to help develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of marketing tasks, including content creation, social media management, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring LBC Mortgage stands out in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
- Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and grow the online presence of LBC Mortgage.
- Coordinate and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and campaigns aimed at generating leads.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for LBC Mortgage.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, suggesting improvements for optimization.
- Assist with event planning, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and industry developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
