THE ROLE
As MS Dynamics Associate, you will remotely be responsible for offering first-line technical support for MS Dynamics F&O. You will also work hand in hand with our current IT team based in the Netherlands to provide technical support to other applications. This is a fully remote role based out of Poland, where you will support

The ideal candidate is already based in Poland, has a background in providing technical assistance for MS Dynamics F&O end-users, resolving networking issues, and managing Azure-based systems & services.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

Providing general application support for MS Dynamics F&O.
Collaborating with the IT team to provide internal IT support to all staff members.
Collaborating with the People team and suppliers to provide software promptly.
Ensuring the protection and accountability of IT assets.
Providing regular updates on IT support activities and projects.
Building documentation and training guides to share knowledge.
Staying up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and maintaining security awareness.
Contributing to the Group IT Project Roadmap.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years experience providing MS Dynamics F&O support.
Bachelors in Computer engineering, Networking, IT or any related course.
Experience with Client/Server technologies.
Working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Azure, Windows, Google, and Office 365.
Skilled in supporting remote users, VPN setup, and technical problem-solving.
Experience supporting Windows and mac OS devices.
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management for mobiles and tablets.
Proficient in asset and inventory management.
Active Directory management, printer troubleshooting, and installation/configuration of new systems.
You are already based in Poland.
