We are open to consider all locations - there will be a lot of travel in this role.

The role:
- Actively support the Piercing Operations Director EMEA in delivering measurables and piercing vision across your markets
- Sales focused and target driven to achieve weekly KPIs. Priority purpose will be to sell in store, and therefore actively contributing to sales mix and contribution
- Be a brand ambassador for Lovisa piercing
- Support with Lovisa branded events. Therefore must be passionate for the product, piercing and the brand.
- Train and develop the teams and ignite passion for the pierce
- Support in training rollouts and sign-offs for new store openings
- 100% compliance across your designated market on learning and development modules
- Flexible approach to working across the country in multiple sites. This role will require a lot of travelling for 4-5 days of your working week.
- Passion for Piercing
- Experience in driving Sales and other retail KPIs

Strong communication skills at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Interest in beauty , piercing or jewellery industry
- You will not focus on what cannot be done, you will have positive focus on what can be done
- Urgency. It’s retail, after all. Everything is needed now
- Be engaging, positive and absorb training with enthusiasm. Have your own energy. We will help direct you, but not push you.
