Twój zakres obowiązków:

Maintenance of existing financing contracts in the group of Real Estate companies (monitoring and reporting of covenants)
Refinancing/extension of expiring projects and active search for new funding sources for Real Estate segment, arranging of new financing
Organisation of the EU subsidies for green buildings or renewable energy for Real Estate segment
Leading projects of the real estate sales and purchases, sale and leaseback projects
Participation in land acquisition projects and real estate lease projects, support in the construction tenders and contracting energy purchase in Raben Group (all countries)
Controlling of Real Estate companies group-wide (all countries), implementation of the EU taxonomy and reporting, tax structuring of Real Estate (CIT in Legal Entities, Real Estate tax)
Maximising value and return from the Real Estate projects and reduction of costs of the facility management, coordination of all real estate valuations
Collection and maintenance system-based data of all Real Estate (own and rented) and coordination of process for Real Estate management and Facility Management implementation and improvements
Coordination of financing of Capex with Raben Group treasury team and all real estate valuations, participation in real estate due diligence processes

Nasze wymagania:

5+ years of experience in a managerial role
Experience in Real Estate industry (in both - investments and lease aspects)
Experience in technical specifications of industrial buildings – nice to have
Fluent communication in English and German
