We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager Poland.

As a Retail Operations Manager Poland you will:

• Supervise the team – work schedules, reporting and supervision of daily work
• Prepare reports on the course of work performed
• Keep contact with stakeholders inside and outside company – including meetings with client representatives
• Plan projects – planning schedules, task and worktime, supervising progress, reporting
• Do merchandising visits - visiting partner points/stores to implement projects (driving license B required)
• Maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct product training

The job covers the following areas of work:
MERCHANDISING
You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and product displays in retail stores and submitting warehouse reports. You will be required to plan and develop merchandising strategies, taking into account customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs, collaborate with distributors and analysts to negotiate prices or quantities. The goal is to maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately, produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory stocked. On top of that, you need to monitor stock movement, and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. Of additional importance is monitoring the condition of installed product displays, including reporting on it and keeping products on a high level of availability.
TEAM LEAD
Part of this is being a team leader. You will be responsible for managing a group of employees and ensuring that they work together effectively and efficiently. You will be working with a small team in various projects from promotions to merchandising. Your main responsibilities are planning team schedules, reporting and communication.
PROJECT MANAGER
As project manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. From display updating to launching new products on the Polish market. You need to keep in contact with stakeholders inside and outside the company and maintain relationships with customers and projects teams and reporting through various tools (MS Office, reporting tools and project managing tools).
What do you need to join us?

• At least three years of professional experience as a Retail Operations Manager
• Very good knowledge of the Polish retail space
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and good English language skills (minimum B2)
• Be a good team player
