Your role
- Overseeing and managing the SAP landscape to ensure system reliability and performance
- Reviewing and interpreting security reports to maintain system integrity and data protection
- Providing 2nd level support to end users, addressing complex issues, and ensuring effective resolutions
- Handling incident management and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions
- Developing, maintaining, and updating documentation while managing an external SAP operations partner
Your skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an SAP Basis Key User
- Proven ability to work closely with SAP users and address their technical needs
- Experience in the technical administration of SAP Net Weaver ABAP and JAVA, with a focus on SAP Basis
- Strong commitment, motivation, and an organized, independent approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork, with proficiency in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
