Job Description
As a Software Engineer at Micro Strategy Poland, you will be part of an agile & vibrant software development team delivering Cloud-Administration interfaces, providing our customers with the most powerful, scalable, and user-friendly platforms for analytics, mobility, and actionable intelligence. You will play a key role in enabling Micro Strategy products to be best-in-breed and optimized to leverage the latest advancements in AI, Cloud, Containerization, Web & Desktop technologies.

As a Software Engineer at Micro Strategy Poland, you will be part of an agile & vibrant software development team delivering Cloud-Administration interfaces, providing our customers with the most powerful, scalable, and user-friendly platforms for analytics, mobility, and actionable intelligence. You will play a key role in enabling Micro Strategy products to be best-in-breed and optimized to leverage the latest advancements in AI, Cloud, Containerization, Web & Desktop technologies.
Your days will be filled with:
- Thrill of Innovation: Harness the power of modern front-end technologies to create applications that redefine the future of analytics. Work with our top-notch engineers, product owners and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into elegant, game-changing software solutions.
- Agile Coding: Armed with languages like Python, C# or Java and knowledge of web technologies like React, you will weave magic into the code that drives our software's capabilities to new heights.
- Creative Problem Solving: Embrace the challenge of solving complex problems and troubleshooting real world applications of the Micro Strategy AI/BI platform.
- Endless Learning: As part of our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of technological advancements, learning about the latest tools, agile methodologies, and cloud-based frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C#, Python, Java or Type Script.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies (i.e., data structures, algorithms, unit testing, secure programming, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity or experience with Cloud Infrastructures like AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
- Experience in one or more of following areas: React, Type Script, Node.js, HTML, SASS, RESTful API, and/or database concepts.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Familiarity or experience with Containerization Infrastructures like Kubernetes and Docker.
