ABOUT THE JOB:

• As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for industrial projects for clients.
• You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
• You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• You will serve as the expert on civil and construction-related matters within our team.
• The projects you will be involved in comprise a variety of types (industrial installations, civil, buildings, facilities, renovations,…).

WHAT WE NEED:

• You have a (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related or with equivalent experience.
• As a Project Manager, you have the ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects.
• You have minimal 5y experience with managing civil, real estate or construction projects preferably in industrial environment.
• With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
• As a Project Manager, you have a hands-on and proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
• You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You are flexible and willing to travel within Poland, with a willingness to take on international projects being a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• You are fluent in both Polish and English, with knowledge of Dutch or French considered a plus.
• Having a Polish construction permit or license is a plus.
