Introduction:
The NCI Academy will implement a new Innovation and Collaboration space, which will be a reconfigurable hybrid learning and collaboration space, and will be connected to the Academy Learning Environment (ALE). The implementation of an Innovation/Collaboration space and a Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) capability will:

• Support the scale up of the learning opportunities/offerings for the customers;
• Improve the learning delivery and student learning retention;
• Provide flexibility and agility to respond to immediate customer needs;
• Catalyse innovation and digital transformation within the Academy, the Agency, and NATO, and lead a to better understanding and assessment of potential and relevance of Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDTs) for NATO;
• Provide an opportune gateway for better engagement and understanding of the ‘end-users’ of NCI Agency capability and services.

The NCI Academy is looking to outsource the project management of three project work packages.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years’ experience;
• OR 6+ years’ relevant experience without a degree;
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification;
• Experience with delivery of C4ISR training to NATO and National entities (military and civilian).

Desirable:

• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification;
• Experience with learning analysis, design, and development;
• Knowledge of and experience with training delivery of NATO C2, Functional, and Core Services (Core GIS, INTEL-FS, LOGFAS, NCOP, etc.).

Duties/role:

• Planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the overall project and work packages;
• Scheduling, orchestrating, and ensuring on-time completion of work packages according to milestones;
• Identifying and managing risks and issues related to work package deliverables and milestones, and collecting lessons learned.
