Account Manager for Northern Portugal

Are you an experienced and seasoned sales professional or account manager looking for the next big step in your career? Look no further—we have the perfect opportunity for you! At Diversey (Solenis), we are seeking a candidate based in Maia / Northern Portugal.
The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying the needs of both new and existing customers, helping them succeed with our product. This involves developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to understand and address any issues customers may face.
Responsibilities:
- Opening new business and acquiring new customers
- Working cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers success
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Visiting customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Managing all reporting on the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications:
- Previous account management or sales experience
- B2B experience
- Proven sales track record
- Degree in Chemistry or in a related field and/or sector knowledge in HORECA, Healthcare, Public Institutions, Hygiene, etc.
- Strong business development skills
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Portuguese and good English are essential
