We are currently looking for Android Technical Support Engineer:
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Technical Support
· Familiar with APIs and capable of supporting multiple applications.
· Skilled in technical analysis.
· Continuously monitoring for new tickets and alerts
· Replicates the behavior to troubleshoot issues using test devices and tools. Utilizes test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues.
· Communicate with stakeholders for any ticketing-related concerns, activities, assignments or urgent tasks.
· Exhausts all external and internal resources for research.
· Contributes to side-projects, tool automation, and team innovation.
· Regularly attends training programs and brown bag sessions to enhance capabilities.
Skills
· Android/Java
· Familiarity regarding usage with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries)
· Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Languages: Portuguese (C1), English (C1), Spanish (C1)
Location will be Lisbon, and they need to be onsite 3 times per week, with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future.
