Your Central Role
As a Bartender at Reia Collective, your responsibilities will include:
Beverage Craftsmanship:
Artfully craft a diverse range of cocktails and beverages, showcasing creativity and precision in every pour.
Guest Engagement:
Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, offering recommendations and personalized suggestions to enhance their beverage journey.
Order Management:
Efficiently manage drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service delivery to uphold the high standards of Reia Collective.
Presentation Excellence:
Present beverages with flair and attention to detail, adhering to presentation standards that elevate the overall drinking experience.
Ingredient Knowledge:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of beverage ingredients, including spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, to provide informed guidance to guests.
Upselling and Promotion:
Proactively suggest featured cocktails and beverage pairings, contributing to sales revenue while enriching guests' drinking experiences.
Payment Handling:
Handle transactions with professionalism and integrity, accurately processing payments and providing exceptional customer service at the bar.
Bar Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is well-maintained for optimal performance.
Your Exceptional Qualifications
To excel in this role, you bring:
Mixology Expertise: Previous experience as a bartender with a strong foundation in mixology techniques and cocktail crafting.
Hospitality Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and building rapport with patrons.
