Your Mission
You will be a Business Analyst working on a key initiative for one of our large multinational clients in the insurance sector. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who excels at understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
Document processes, workflows, and project requirements with clarity and precision
Assist in creating test cases and participating in quality assurance activities
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to facilitate effective communication

You have a degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field
You have experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the financial or technology sectors
You are skilled in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus
Strong analytical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and delivering value
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building great solutions
You are a clear communicator in English and comfortable working in an international setting
