We are looking for you, a Customer Care Representative who will be instrumental in dealing with our international customers and that will bring value to the team by ensuring implementation of strategies and key initiatives that increase the effectiveness in our customer service and sales activities in the region.
As part of our team, you will be a first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in supporting our sales teams and team-working with several other collaborators within our company to ensure efficient and flawless service. These are some of the tasks of the role:
  • Ensuring a great customer communication management
  • Handling price lists
  • Processing and running quotations and specifications.
  • Managing high level of customer master data.
  • Any general task and/or activity as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.
What does it take to become our new team member?
Reporting to the Regional Customer Care Manager, you will have the outstanding opportunity to agree with a truly exciting team and colleagues from all over the world, working flexibly 3 days at our Hempel’s offices located in Palmela, Portugal, and 2 days remotely.
  • Experience in coating industry would be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of CRM & ERP (D365, SAP, other databases) and Microsoft Office (Excel and pivot tables)
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Well-built networking skills with cultural differences' awareness.
  • Proficient communication skills in French and English ( This requirement is indispensable for the role)
  • Portuguese would be an advantage.
