Junior Customer Service Representative NAM (Late shift)

We are looking for:
  • Customer focused professional to provide administrative support to the Customer Service NAM team
  • Perform Customer Service activities in order to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customers. This is the junior / entry level CSR role and is dedicated to work with smaller (standard) accounts and to provide administrative support to the Customer Service team. This role is a development role for candidates who have potential to grow into CSR role


We count on you for:
  • Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
  • Customer complaint registration and follow-up
  • Run and distribute various CS reports
  • Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team

You will bring:
  • Fluent English
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
  • Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed
  • Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
    • Experience in a similar role is a plus
