Pricing coordinator - 12 month Internship

- A trainee to process day-to-day actions and transactions in the system to ensure timely and accurate price updates according to internal processes and procedures
- Process pricing update requests in the system accurately and timely
- Ensure all components of the price change are executed correctly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Act pro-actively to identify process and system improvements
- Basic problem solving for end-user raised issues
- Growth and learning opportunities
- University student or recent graduate
- Fluent English
- Strong customer focus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- High accuracy and ability to work with large volume data
- Attention to details
- Analytical and prioritization skills
- Ability to do the same task for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
- Basic/intermediate Excel skills
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
