Customer Service Representative and Administrator
We are a newly established company in Portugal, with our headquarters based in London, specialising in the online retail of mobile phones, tablets, and accessories. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Services Representative/Administrator to join our team in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal with all customer queries via email, online chat and phone
Processing daily orders
Creating invoices and dispatch notes
Keep all systems up to date regarding orders
Process claims for lost parcels
Testing of products and quality control
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Previous experience of dealing with written customer queries in English
Good organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Good team working skills.

Pay: From 1,200.00€ per month
