We are actively seeking for a Data Product Manager responsible for the development, stra tegy, and performance of data-driven products that enhance our charging solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineer s, data scientists, analysts and UX designers, to collect requirements, define features, an d deliver data products that drive business value.

We are actively seeking for a Data Product Manager responsible for the development, stra tegy, and performance of data-driven products that enhance our charging solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineer s, data scientists, analysts and UX designers, to collect requirements, define features, an d deliver data products that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a clear data product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define and prioritise the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and growth team to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data product-related inquiries and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to drive product success.
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for new products and features.
- Ensure data products drive business value by transforming raw data into actionable insights and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to develop and maintain d ata quality metrics.
- Ensure all data products comply with relevant data privacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Foster a culture of innovation by staying current with the latest advancements in dat a technologies and methodologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data product processes, tools, and frameworks.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating products (as a PM or other function within a product team), ideally in high-growth start-ups.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and manipulation using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Metabase
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes
- Love for problem solving
- Proven ability to build successful products leveraging data, customer feedback, common sense, and / or some sort of machine learning techniques
