• Negotiation skills, tenured in resolving conflicts and reaching agreements with various parties.
• Experienced overseeing the execution of product development and engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong business acumen and experience in customer-facing platforms.
• Vast experience in building scalable products. Experience in high-scale migrations is highly welcome for this role—a deep understanding of building high-traffic, large-scale Internet applications.
• Strong technical background and a good understanding of current technology trends relevant to the company's domain.
• Experience with architectures that foster high cohesion/low coupling with reduced complexity in a cloud-based environment (AWS, using Kubernetes).
• Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML.
• Experience in building an engineering culture in an agile, lean & Dev Ops environment.
• Good understanding of lean and agile principles, like Kanban, and Scrum.
• Experience with continuous delivery focusing on fast release cycles while maintaining quality and measuring technical health: quality, customer-facing performance (Web Core Vitals), security standards, and actively managing technical debt.
