Responsabilities:
- Coordination of day to day HK operations between different buildings;
- High standard enforcement, optimization and development;
- Guaranteeing well maintained and optimized supplies;
- Monitor, supervise and find market suppliers;
- Participation in the department budget development;
- Implementing and operating defined standards across new and upcoming projects;
- Optimization of the team structure, turnover and motivation;
- Inventory control and optimization;
Requirements:
- Good communication and motivational skills;
- High quality and cost conscious management;
- Dynamic and solution-focused approach;
- Previous experience needed;
- Must speak English and Portuguese, other languages are a plus.
