As an intern, you will assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the management team and in preparing daily housekeeping schedules and prioritizing tasks for housekeeping staff.

• Participating in inspections of guest rooms to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Learning to identify and address maintenance or repair needs within guest rooms.

• Gaining experience in organizing housekeeping stations and ensuring they are adequately stocked with supplies.

• Engaging with guests to solve issues or requests, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

• Collaborating with the housekeeping team and other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements
What You Bring:

• Internship requested by a Tourism or Hotel Management University
• Available to complete a 6-month internship

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality or related fields.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

• Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
