Internship as Floor Supervisor for Housekeeping
Funchal

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the management team and in preparing daily housekeeping schedules and prioritizing tasks for housekeeping staff.
- Participating in inspections of guest rooms to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Learning to identify and address maintenance or repair needs within guest rooms.
- Gaining experience in organizing housekeeping stations and ensuring they are adequately stocked with supplies.
- Engaging with guests to solve issues or requests, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
What You Bring:
- Internship requested by a Tourism or Hotel Management University
- Available to complete a 6-month internship
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality or related fields.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
