Join us at Reid's Palace, a Belmond Hotel for an internship at our Front Office or Guest Experience department. This is an incredible opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals looking to launch their careers in luxury service. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of providing exceptional guest service while supporting the reception team. This hands-on training will equip you with the skills needed to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

• Assist in welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Shadow experienced reception staff to learn about managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing information about hotel services.
• Handle guest requests, and feedback in a courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and effective hotel operations.
• Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of hotel procedures, services, and local attractions.

Requirements

• Internship requested by the Tourism or Hotel Management University
• Available to complete a 6-month internship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others.
• Fluent in English
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
