Job Description

Location: Lisbon
Working time: 39 hours/week
Start date: as soon as possible
Type: 1-year, remunerated internship
Job title:
You´ll provide trust and build customer loyalty, by providing clinical customer support for our Hospital Patient Monitoring business.

Your role:

You will support providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
You will support providing technical expertise to customers and users and trains them in order to optimize the usage of our products.
Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
You will support new products launches, customer trainings, seminars and workshop preparations, customer visits.
You'll be part of a great application team in Iberia region. You will support work Clinical Application Specialist in Monitoring & Analytics to work mainly with patient monitoring systems. You will report directly Clinical Application Specialist Lead in Spain.

You're the right fit if:
1. You are a recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) of Biomedical Engineering or Nursing with willingness to learn and acquire new skills and pro-activity
2. You have excellent communication skills, attention to results with high levels of customer satisfaction, strong organizational and priority-setting skills.
3. You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
4. You are willing and able to travel within Portugal (driving license needed).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
