We are looking for an Amazing: It Helpedesk
Seniority: Junior (1 year)
Type of position: Must be in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience in an IT help desk on level 1 and 2 or similar support role
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, mac OS), office software, and common hardware components
• Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools, help desk ticketing systems, and support documentation
• Customer-focused approach with patience and empathy, able to work with users of various technical skill levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
