Your responsibilities:
Assist Facebook and Instagram advertisers in a dynamic environment.
Your main tasks include resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and guiding users on the platform to improve their advertising experience and satisfaction.
You will be part of a motivated, multilingual support team, helping customers after they purchase ad placements or use Facebook/Instagram products.
Part of your daily activities will be:
- Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone, in both Italian and English.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
- Improve clients' experiences with product and tool support.
- Identify trends and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients.
- Starting dates: 18.11
- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)
- Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!
- Working schedule: Monday- Sunday, 06:00-00:00: (5 days a week/ 8hours/day - 40h/week for full-time employment)

- approx. 1039 € € gross x 12 months - basic salary,
- 86.58 € gross / month - Christmas bonus
- 86.58 € gross / month - holiday bonus
- 7 € / day (c.a. 154€ /month) - Meal allowance
- You speak Italian in proficiency
- You speak English (at least B1)
- You don't need to have a previous experience, we offer training
- You are looking for an energetic environment
- Airline ticket purchased by the company or immediate refund after signing the contract
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your incorporation in Portugal
- Subsequent reimbursement of flight costs
- Free annual flight home
- Accommodation in a room in a company apartment in Lisbon (or higher salary without accommodation)
