About the job

The Junior Project Manager's mission is to facilitate and support the success of a project while contributing for the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques

Your Main Activities Are

Advise or support projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered

Provide support to meaningful project structure and governance, and the management of key stakeholders

Provide support on method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget

Support to the organization, and participate in meetings and workshops using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results

Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients

Prepare and deliver presentations and reporting for clients and management

Facilitate and promote knowledge sharing within the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team and its methodologies

Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields

Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power Point

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate with others

Creativity, innovation and problem solving skills

Ability to facilitate a meeting or committee
